EssayBrainstormPro collects a student's brainstorm answers and sends them to that student's counselor. That is the only thing the data is for.
Who's who. Figmark Solutions builds and hosts the app. Your counselor (the Licensed IEC) invites you and controls your data. You own what you write.
What we collect. Your name, email, access code, brainstorm answers, and completion status. We never ask for grades, test scores, birth dates, ID numbers, photos, or payment details.
What we never do. Sell your data, use it for advertising, run it through AI, use it to train AI, or contact you for marketing.
Who can see it. You, your counselor, and the staff they authorize, and Figmark only to fix problems or when the law requires it. Other counselors can never see your work.
Where it lives. On the hosting platform, in the United States, behind encrypted connections and code-locked access.
Age. Students must be 13 or older. Students under 18 need a parent's agreement before their counselor invites them.
How long we keep it. Only while your counselor needs it for your applications, and no later than [AUGUST 31] after your high school graduation year.
Your choices. You, or your parent if you're under 18, can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at no charge. Ask your counselor.
If something goes wrong. If your data is ever accessed without permission, Figmark will tell your counselor within 72 hours and help notify you.
